When my peers in Cambia's Creative Studio were feeling fatigued and disconnected during the COVID-19 pandemic, a small team of us was tasked with coming up with an idea to improve morale and collaboration.

HOW
By starting with a mission statement, we were able to brainstorm lots of ideas. I brought in human-centered design techniques to help the team narrow down ideas, prioritize them and determine what would be most impactful and realistic, given the time constraints and lack of budget.

WHAT
Helped develop a SharePoint site to give peers a place to catch up, collaborate, get inspired and have fun. Work included naming the site, developing a content plan, writing copy, helping the designer edit the site, and developing launch ideas and materials, including emails and Slack communications, presentation decks and prizes. Site was so well-received, we were asked to develop a similar site for the company's vice president of market growth.
