HOW
By building brand advocates through content that demonstrated the company's understanding of the industry and the challenges nurses face. 
WHAT
The vice president of marketing found a white paper online I'd written for another client and reached out to me. We brainstormed a content calendar and topics for several blog posts. I also wrote two white papers, doing extensive primary and secondary research, interviewing nurses, educators and others. I helped develop infographics and microcontent for social. More than 1 million nurses now use NurseGrid.
