Work included developing themes to promote product features and supporting copy that, with imagery, illustrated how having a digital account could make life easier for a member. Resulted in an extensive book of digital and print templates that the marketing acquisition team could customize by channel. Campaigns contributed to app downloads doubling quarter over quarter.
